Thinking Out Loud: Alignment vs autonomy, and maybe a better way to think about it...

Organizations have to face a few fundamental questions, and one of them is a kind of spectrum between “alignment” and “autonomy". I share some thoughts about that, including perhaps a better way to think about it to solve for when we might need to shift left (decreasing “autonomy").
