The previous post made me remember of an experience that helps to ilustrate the point I was trying to make. But also brings about a broader point on aligning priorities. There's essentially a big risk of considering priority only from the perspective of a given silo, which was implied in the example given of dependency being (potentially) good, but perhaps this shared story can help land that even better.
