[ERRATA] Thinking Out Loud: Control, autonomy, agency and people's creativity

In the pilot episode of “Thinking Out Loud” (the audio soundbites version I am experimenting on here), I talked about the importance of aligning strategy with execution and that the best way of doing is starting from the top, with strategy informing and shaping execution, so to have more leverage (but also the importance of feeding back — execution that informs strategy definition). Now, there's a risk of a dysfunctional version of it, and that's what this episode is about — tackling that as well as what better can look like.
