I wrote this the other day on my LinkedIn page: “For the love of God, just limit WIP!” I sometimes feel like I should just print this in a funny meme on a bunch of t-shirts and sweaters, and that’s all I’d wear to work. 😅 It’s too easy to get a sense of progress by starting things. You do your planning quarterly, monthly, or whatever cadence you happen to use, and you feel good about what you’re pulling next.
